Ingrid began her profound transformational journey in 1997 when she started taking weekly riding lessons at a local Dressage Horse Stable. She started to realize the incredible difference having such a deep bond with horses was having on her life. Ingrid began experiencing deep happiness and freedom as the horses grounded her and restored her to her natural way of being. Having the time with the horses each week became her sanctuary, her Oasis; a place free from judgment and criticism, a beautiful and safe space where she could just be.

Before long she purchased her first horse, Wulf, who became her partner and teacher through the next several years on the various paths they continued to take together. Ingrid fell in love with the Spanish Horse also known as the Andalusian and purchased her first Stallion and Mare as foals with the vision to start a breeding program to offer this gentle and majestic breed to the Canadian market.

Ingrid continued her journey and found the fascinating field of Animal Communications. She began to train extensively in intuitive and spiritual studies while practicing Animal Communications with animals all over the world. She assisted many animals in behaviour problems, health issues and even finding lost pets. She coached and trained individuals to awaken their own abilities and has just published her first book, Animal Illumination. Ingrid is also a Reiki Master and Quantum Touch Practitioner.

Finding a new place of compassion and love for all animals, Ingrid envisioned her own farm bringing several of her passions together to offer life-enriching programs for people and animals. In 2006 she purchased her farm and calls it The Oasis Farm and Wellness Centre and continues to grow and expand programs to meet the vision.

Ingrid’s is now a Certified Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning (FEEL) Practitioner and offers empowering programs and counselling through the wisdom of the horse.

Ingrid’s heart and passion are in The Oasis Farm and Wellness Centre as it continues to grow towards the goal of becoming a place where anyone can come, connect and feel inspired, joyful and free, to be a part of a supportive community, connect to animals and nature and find their own inner Oasis.
