“A beautiful dream” is how Adele describes her life upon completion of the Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning I FEEL Certification program with Horse Spirit Connections.

Adele has always had an amazing love for and ability to connect with horses and people alike and knows first hand the amazing affect that horses have ones personal journey towards wholeness and spiritual freedom. She recalls that throughout her life wheneve healing was needed, without even understanding this connection, she was guided back to the horses.

She is the founder of “In Circle with Horse” and offers private, group sessions and workshops for youth, adults and families in the GTA. With an ease and grace Adele along with her horse partners facilitate experiential opportunities for clients to step into who they are and enhance their journey towards the unification of spirit, body and mind.

Making her own drum played an important role in guiding her home to her Native roots and Metis Heritage. Adele combines aspects from her Native background in offering drum making opportunities for individuals and groups.

In addition to her FEEL Certification, Adele is a Registered Natural Health Practitioner, trained as a Wellness & Lifestyle Coach, Thai Massage Practitioner and Yoga Exercise Specialist.
