Worked as a veterinary assistant/ courier/ shipper-receiver prior to joining the Royal Canadian Air Force as a pilot in 1980.
Retired May of 2018 as a Reservist Duty Operations Officer for 424 Transport and Rescue Squadron- Trenton with 6,900 flying hours on the
C130 Hercules.
Went to St. Lawrence College in 2013 and took the Veterinary Assistant certificate program.
Graduated as a Facilitated Equine Experential Learning (FEEL) facilitator in June, 2019.
Married for 29 years to a retired Air Force Pilot, Chris, who retired as the Executive Director of the National Air Force Museum of Canada in
Trenton.
Have a daughter (Erin) who has an Honours Bachelor of Social Work degree from Lakehead University (Orillia) and is currently employed at
Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child and Family Services as a Child Service Worker.
With a herd of 4 horses; Riley, Henry, Tig and Tango, 3 dogs, 3 cats and assorted snakes and rodents, runs Horse Sense: Equine Guidance; a
FEEL Equine Learning Facility in beautiful Prince Edward County, Ontario.
