Carsen Vartell has always been drawn to horses and dolphins since she was a child. In 2010 Carsen lived in Hawaii for a year where she swam with wild dolphins in the ocean on a weekly basis. The heart connection and magic of these experiences were truly transformational.

Carsen has been self-employed for 21 years. She began her journey as a Personal Trainer in the fitness industry in 2001. She shifted into working with the body’s fascia and connective tissue in 2013 when she recognized her client’s bodies needed to heal. Carsen is continuously learning and expanding her healing offerings. She has trained in numerous modalities over the years like MELT, breathwork, kundalini yoga, hypnosis, psychedelics, intuitive coaching and many others.  In 2015 Carsen discovered the healing properties of dōTERRA essential oils and became very focused on being a wellness advocate with this plant medicine and building a team who educated about reducing our toxic load. In early 2020 her soul felt called to the horses who she refers to as the land dolphins. In March 2021 Carsen jumped into the FEEL(R) training. 

As an intuitive empath, Carsen has really embraced the FEEL® modality and honours the co-creative partnership with the horses.

Carsen creates a sacred space with the healing horses to intuitively guide others back home into their hearts.  So they may explore their emotions and gain clarity on their soul’s desires. 

Carsen says that working with the horses feels like the missing piece to her soul’s puzzle. She’s beyond excited to share her gifts and work side by side these majestic healing horses. 

Carsen’s commitment to living a life she loves allows her to bring her playfulness and authenticity to light. She loves guiding others back home to their joy and truth within themselves.
